If you do have a team, I’ll focus on aligning and leveling them up to deliver more impact.

That might include identifying opportunities for automation, designing personalization and recommendation systems, improving decision-making with data, or establishing governance frameworks to manage AI risk. I help you navigate where AI adds the most value, and ensure your teams are ready to adopt it.

Every engagement is tailored to your needs, but most follow a similar framework: we start with a deep-dive discovery and assessment phase, then align on strategic priorities, and move into execution; building roadmaps, optimizing operations, and delivering measurable outcomes. Projects can range from 4–12 weeks for focused initiatives to 6+ months for full-scale product leadership engagements. I also offer ongoing fractional leadership retainers for companies that need long-term strategic partnership.

Because every engagement is different, from a focused product strategy sprint to a full-scale fractional CPO partnership, pricing is customized based on your company’s goals, scope, and level of involvement needed. My work is designed to deliver measurable outcomes, so we begin with a short discovery conversation to understand your current state, challenges, and priorities.

From there, I typically follow these steps:

1. Discovery Call: we discuss your goals, product vision, and challenges to clarify what success looks like.

2. Scope Definition: I outline the type of engagement that will deliver the most impact.

3. Proposal & Investment: You’ll receive a clear proposal with engagement model options, timelines, and pricing tailored to your needs.

4. Launch & Align: Once we’re aligned, we kick off with a clear roadmap and milestones.
